How does it work? Consulting is done by telephone appointment (business hours, evenings, or weekends). ISO-9001 compliant flowchart templates from MS Visio 2000 are customized to the client's existing culture. Usually, there are 16-18 processes using MS Word 2000 and less than 40 quality records (forms). Consultant contact hours usually are less than 80 for the whole project. The consultant gathers data about your present quality system from the local Project Manager (PM) or other voices of the culture. All work is checked off the provided MS Project Plan as it is delivered by the consultant. The local PM trains affected job titles via the ISO flow chart procedures and enters the training in the provided MS Access 2000 Training Database. The PM is provided Internal Auditor Class files (Instructor and Participant) and is trained over the phone as a certified ISO-9001:2000 internal auditor. The PM trains other local auditors as needed. Our auditor from the ISO Registrar was impressed with all the skills building we have accomplished with training from Roger. Our audit went well and we got our ISO 9001: 2000 registration. From start to finish, it was 3-months to get our ISO 9001:2000 registration for Engineering Design and Manufacturing.

He has a bias to deliver lean documentation that is easy to train and easy to audit to better launch and maintain Quality Management Systems. Over zealous documentation is actually ineffective as binders sit in book cases.
